Reservation Policies:

  • Reservations require full payment
  • Minimum stay Three (3) nights
  • Both suites rent as one unit - If you only need one room then specify one room on the reservation form. The other room will be left empty for your privacy.
  • Maximum double occupancy per room
  • Visa, Master Card, American Express, & Diners cards are accepted
  • If two reservations come in asking for the same date at approximately the same time the reservation paying with a credit card will get priority over eCheck payments. Credit cards are cleared immediately.
  • Reservations at least 30 days in advance are recommended, sooner for peak seasons.
  • Hawaii State Excise Tax is 4.166% (added to total)
  • Hawaii Hotel Room Tax is 7.25% (added to total)
  • All rates subject to change without notice.
  • Payments are not refundable unless notified one month (30 days) prior to arrival date (Less credit card fees.).
  • Cancellations less than one month (30 days) prior to arrival will be charged the full amount unless their room can be re-rented. "No Shows" will be charged the full amount of their booking. No refunds or adjustments after arrival.
  • No smoking in any of the rooms
  • No Pets allowed
  • Check in time is 4:00 pm (please check ahead for possible earlier check-in time)
  • Check out time is 11:00 am

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS ON MAKING A RESERVATION

We use Pay Pal (an Ebay company) as our secure credit card processor.

Click on the Reserve Now button - you will be taken to a reservation form.

Fill out the reservation form then click on the Submit button.

A verification page will then display showing what you just entered.

If you need to make any changes on the form use the BACK BUTTON on your browser.

When the form is completed press the Buy Now button at the bottom of the page.

A secure Pay Pal form asking for your credit card information will then display.

Enter your credit card information and click the appropriate response.

Your reservation confirmation will be sent to you by email.

By using Pay Pal you are assured that your credit card information is secure.
